Yes. Our team brings all professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific products you prefer (eco-friendly, fragrance-free), let us know when booking.
Yes. Let us know when booking and we'll use baby-safe, fragrance-free products throughout your home, especially in the nursery or any areas with pets.
Inside appliances are included in our deep clean service, not in a standard clean. If you need a specific appliance cleaned outside of a deep clean, let us know and we'll quote it.
Yes. Move-out cleans are one of our most requested services. We know what landlords and property managers look for and we clean to that standard. We recommend booking at least 3–5 days before your move-out date.
No charge for cancellations with 48+ hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. Life happens — just text us as early as possible.
No. Most customers leave a key, garage code, or use a lockbox. Text us your entry instructions and we'll take it from there. You don't need to be present.
No. We clean surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens — all of it. If there's stuff on the counter we work around it. You do not need to pre-clean for us. That's the whole point. If your home is extremely cluttered, let us know and we'll quote accordingly.

A standard clean for a 3-bedroom home is typically 2.5–3.5 hours. A deep clean for the same home is usually 4–6 hours. It depends on the home's condition.
